Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from the Settings page at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Practice and Studio plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can request a full export in JSON/CSV format. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Prices are charged upfront for the full year.
Can my clients book without a Shimaya account?
Absolutely. Clients interact with your AI booking agent through your embeddable widget or direct booking link — they never need to create a Shimaya account.
What counts as an appointment?
Any booking confirmed through the platform (via the AI agent, widget, or manually) counts as one appointment toward your monthly limit on the Starter plan. Rescheduled or cancelled appointments are not counted again.
